i have checked few cigarettes shops and all are dealing via CC so i guess u need to look with that option
Many countries have far stricter rules as regards the import of tobacco and its related product. I think Paypal is just playing safe since it would not like to embroil itself in a legal controversy.... imo. Regards, RightMan
There it's legal but it depends on every country. If I'm not mistaken, cigarettes and tobaccos are prohibited to enter or importation in the US. Only importation is illegal but not the use of it within the country. I may be mistaken though.

Yup paypal don't really accept tobacco sites , so you would have to probably look to accept cc as i can see you getting the same stuff from ap and mb.
i have read 2co, worldpay and click bank too they cant accept tobacco too.. i cant found any merchant which accept tobacco
selling/buying tobacco itself is a crime on net. So its better you tune yourself to any other business...
Why don't you look for a merchant account with an Indonesian bank? Surely some banks must offer merchant solutions. If selling tobacco is legal in Indonesia then you are fine, who cares what the laws in other countries allow or disallow. As far as i know for the USA, tobacco and tobacco products have some import restrictions attached to them, but they are not prohibited!
uhhmm.. its very complicated to get merchant account from a bank. i need to become a big company. like you see, i just doing a little business here like people did on ebay. it's very hard to find a simple and secure merchant like paypal i got an offer a merchant account from malaysia, but they ask for my company certificate, well i need to spend almost $6000 to get company certificate here. also need 2 or 3 months to make company certificate in indonesia. how about you there is aussie ?
well, its common and easy stuff in indonesia. its very cheap here. not like in USA. i have an idea to sell cigarette to usa since my family study there, he said that the cigarette price is very high... this business idea starting from sending my family a cigarette to USA as a pressent, and then i try to sell it too on ebay ....

it all depends on the country you sending it to, for example western countries have very strict law against importing and exporting cigarettes.
