Open your commenting section to readers are very effective way to get feedbacks. And if you could reply to the helpful comments, and even email the people your answers, it will be much better. It is very essential to keep your site interactive.
There's a little problem. It's a new site and I have no active readers So opening the comments will contribute to negative social proof only. When I gain enough subscribers, then i'll build a community and open for comments.
great info.. you miss some .. sticky buttons and polls.. simple +/- thumbs up thumbs down... visitors have very little time to fill our a form or anything like that
