How can I improve my SEO & pagerank?

Very active sports forum. Averaging 1,500 posts per day along with 15 new members per day. Using vbulletin software.

Search engine traffic is at about 30%. How can I increase my pagerank and improve SEO?

Try focusing on article submissions and social bookmarking. Having links on high PR sites with good incoming links is key. Blog comments are also useful.
