    Description:
    This is completely free dating & community site. This is a site I established in October, 2004. Originally it was based on aeDating, but later I changed my engine as it had many bugs and did not work well. Now it's based on my custom software that's still under development. I hired a group of programmers to make a script for me to fit my needs. There is a support for the software in case you need to make any changes. The software has been tested on 50 thousand profiles. It has unique design, + it passed several usability tests based on Steve Krug's book. The site was in down in August - November. Starting from December it already has 1000+ profiles. Approximately 130 profiles per month, 4 per day. Note I never spent money for banners from really good sites to bring more traffic.
    Now I do not have time for this project. I do not want this project to die as I have spent too much efforts, money and time to raise it up. You just need to spend more time on it and it will be a rocket.

    Technical Description:
    SEO optimized(URLs, content keywords, HTML code). If you look at the code you can see it's ok. Most pages are CSS validated. Many backlinks from relevant sites. It has very good positions in MSN search engine.
    'Free personals', 'love stories & poems', 'love stories & love poems', 'free personal ads' - a list of keywords. You can find the site on the 1st, 2nd pages.

    Ok, I would agree to anything around $800. I refused an offer of $600.

    I do understand how the price if formed. But this is a new site. For say, I had the following adsense:
    June - $40~
    July - $64~
    August - Already about $50~

    So this site runs on the Joomla CMS system.
    This Custom Software for the site. Was this developed to fit seamlessly into Joomla? So if I update my Joomla version this should still keep on working as it should?

    no, admin panel has similar design and that's all :) We all think Joomla has a very nice admin panel design and I asked my programmers to make something similar

    I can prove that by the code, more screenshots, etc.. It's not a Joomla at all

    btw, now we have 1069 profiles :) as you can see there are just 800+ profiles. it was 2 month ago when I captured those screenshots

    Not correct - you said you would fix them and it would take 2 days .... I said back then I was interested and if you fix then I will pay $800. Who in their right mind would buy something that was broken? Its a simple query man, if you fix it and the other things I mentioned that are not quite right you will have a deal
