I have a VPS at Ramhost, now my sites are offline and when I reboot my VPS from VPS panel it shows this message: and my sites are still offline

I hope you already contacted your web host for assistance. Only your host has sufficient access to the server to perform tests to see what went wrong.

He has.

Network settings and a few init scripts inside his vps got corrupted - one of our techs went in and manually repaired his vps - thus this issue has been fixed.

Seems the OP, in his panic, came here.
