Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question. Would it be possible to be a ClickBank affiliate and have other affiliates working for you?

I.e I sign up for Click Bank and become an affiliate for Product A earning 50% commision & then aquire affilates willing to work for 25% commision?

Thanks in advance for any info

And then the 25% recruit other affiliates to work for 10% commission?

I'm not sure how you'd go about that. Also, why would anyone want to be an affiliate for an affiliate when they could be a direct affiliate for the original merchant and get more money?

No this does not make sense, why would someone take a 25% when they can get 50% ?

What if they don't know they could be a direct affiliate?
It's called 2nd tier. Some offer that.
Great for those who have the product and great for the middle man too.

If they are so new to making money online, then they won't make any sales anyway. If they can't make a website, how are they going to sell?

As has been said, what you're talking about is two tier affiliate marketing. But that's not how it works. If you were doing two tier marketing, every affiliate would get the same commission for each sale they make. However they would also make a small percentage for every sale made by an affiliate they referred - that would be covered by the vendor. At least this is how I understand it, I've never participated in any two tier marketing schemes myself.

In any case, ClickBank doesn't offer that fortunately.

Yes it is feasable to do that. But I dont think you will find a succesful affiliate because if he knows how to sell he will know to earn more comission dont you think?

Clickbank does not do 2nd tier or anything further. That is when it becomes a pyramid scheme.

You could do it, but you'd have alot of work to do to set it up.

    Essentially you'd:

    1) set up an affiliate tracking system and a killer landing page with a buy-now button
    2) write or find a javascript snippet that will open the actual pitch page in a frame and click their "buy now" button automatically
    3) Run a report each week and match completed CB sales to clicks, and then pay your affiliates.

Come to think of it - I know how to do all of this. Thanks for the idea. I may do this myself.

So you gave me the Idea and I gave you the method. A fair trade.

    Thanks.
