Can any one give me quick idea about how to optimize video for any site?

 

just add some keyword rich title................description and keywords while uploading it to a video website...........

Indeed , also try to distribute is to as many high rank video websites you can, don't go just for YouTube, try also MetaCafe, Vimeo and so on. Do a google search you'll find lots of resources.
