How to write respectful SEO Report ?

i need to generate/write advanced seo report for my clients that explains the recent statue for the website to analyze all the on-page/off-page factors in order to convince them starting using seo to improve their ranking . is there any certain software whether its free (which is better) or paid or if there any websites presents this service !

Why not make your own report in Word and Excel? I honestly think clients will find more value if their report from you .. came from you and not some auto generated software.

 

i would do if i dont have other options but as you can see you can make a professional report in a less time + clients will be impressed with the auto report cause simply they dont know how did you generated it and it will be more organized than manually doing this .

I agree with Sevnrock. You should write your own. I prefer excel over word.

 

Auto-generated but more professional, many of them can be customized / branded for your S.E.O. company. Don't get me wrong , Word / Excel does the job pretty well , but it's a matter of time , and like U.S. natives use to say "time is money".
