These are good points but I am sure these are not the only things Google sees there must be other things as well.

A friend of mine told me that google has hired thousands of hackers and they break into your computer and they know all the time what you do. And that is how they detect invalid clicks. Installing a firewall and security software may prevent this.

I don't think Google will do this :)
They don't hire hackers to do the checking, They check by themselves :)

There are ways to prevent getting caught 'playing rough' with adsense but I would suggest, Even you are safe in the first month for 'playing rough', eventually you will get banned.

@PSP, with what reason google banned you ?

this is a secret i just found
i used blogspot to use adsense
i was little good with html codes
when i saw the html code of my blog of blogspot i just got an idea
the source code contains Profile.aspx?id=xxxxxx something like dat which is likely to point your profile i guess
but my friend used google pages and did click exchange amazingly he made 100$ and look at me i struggled 6 moths and got nothing
comparingly google pages didnt have any no. or say profile.aspx?==
now google is not accepting any new user to register on google pages
hope this should be usefull for you

thanks a lot for such an nice comments for my subject i have found new point from where Google detect invalid click and that is if we click our own ads from same ip address or from our near by ip address then also they detect us because if you visit some ad on our website they detect the average timing on the site and that's the main point they do detect by the total time spend on site and in how many sec or min the visitor visited the sponsor ads its mainly depends upon the average timing ....

I'm quite sure that they can know about it. They know how many click you have and know where it come from. If not they may did a pretty good guest.
