Its against AdsenseTOS to put images next to adsense ads then how come their premium publisher is doing it : eg - http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-a-quiver.htm http://www.wisegeek.com/what-are-some-kids-birthday-party-games.htm http://www.wisegeek.com/what-are-arrow-worms.htm Are rules not equal for all?
they're premium publisher. they followed the rules initially like we all do.. once you've become one of them feel free to break some rules If the site is profiting both google and the advertisers; I don't see any reason why Google should ban the site. For example if wisegeek.com doesn't make any conversions/sales through adsense AT ALL.. then, they'd be in trouble. Google knows their advertising system..
This is true. Premium publishers are on there own program. Google cant go around banning the big dogs. They would lose much revenue and get bad pr.
I think you're misinterpreting the rule They're talking about placing multiple images beside each individual link in a unit like an icon to make it look like one of the sites navigation elements.
