Should I use my expired license on a new site?

I have a vbulletin license that expired June 2010 that was on a site I abandoned. I still have the license to use it, but I can't download updates. Do you think it's ok to use on a new site I'm creating, or should I renew the license?

According to your post, June 2010 hasn't come up yet along with your license not expiring. Why renew it now?

But anyways, you should renew it, vB4 is on a good road right now.

Yeah, it expired June 2009. I guess I will try running it on my new site and if the site is successful I will renew the license. I want to use it on a wordpress site and I don't know how to transfer it over. If anyone is willing to do this for me please tell me your best price and I can pay via paypal.
