Rules Leaving buyer feedback

I purchased a service from a DP member and started to leave feedback. Problem is there's a field on the feedback form that asks for the thread in which I participated. I didn't participate in a threaded conversation. I just bought the service from the guy's website. Does that mean I can't/shouldn't leave feedback? I have a DM conversation archived on DP as evidence that the transaction took place... but that's about it.

    Thanks in advance.

You can only leave itrader for a valid thread in which you participated. If you do business outside of the forum, it's not relevant to the business of the forum.

And, it's not necessary to post in the thread to participate in it.

    You buy or sell something.

For example, if someone creates a thread selling a website, and you buy that site...you've participated....you don't need to post in the thread saying that you're buying it...

The key is that the product or service was advertised here, and your feedback is related to that thread....
