Greets: I'm sorry but the arrogance of this guy is just pissing me off. I'm now being asked to hack the software via posts as well as PMs. I reported it yesterday and the thread is still online. I'm assuming that someone just hasn't gotten to it. Besides the warez, it's a rapidshare download link which we've considered to be an affiliate link previously. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1639664 Thanks, -drmike
Actually that response is what started the conversation last time about these links. It;'s rapidshare that throws that up when it's overloaded but considering the uploader gets a cut of that (I'm assuming that for rapidshare. I know other sites do it.) that makes it more so of an affiliate link.
i thought all rapidshare, hotfile links etc (where the user gets paid per download) were all considered affiliate links, and thus not allowed along with warez links. What does make me chuckle sometimes are the posts from people who install warez on their server then wonder why they get a virus on their site or get hacked because of hidden things in the warez program.
I had asked about it but never got a response: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1529275 Here's the thread where it got followed up on: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1568167
