There is no 'How-To' on how to use a VPS. It's pretty much a dedicated server. If you do not know basic system administration, then please ensure that you ordered a managed VPS, otherwise you will become frustrated.

 

Recently, i got my VPS (U-Basic VPS) from VIRPUS.

I don't understand the last part of your post but DA is free when you prepay. Otherwise it is $4/mo.
