hi first I apologize for my poor english I am webmaster of one health site with 10 k daily(not english) .one php programmer programmed my website as full dynamic before. you know such websites always needs programmer for supporting.I myself don`t know anything about programing. I have an idea.he works for me freely and inserts his link at footer of my site at all ages for getting customers.I think by this way he can get many customers. .. what do u think? I need your consultation about my idea
ha ha ha, programmers are not mad they learn programming coz they want money not a LINK No one helps you if you dont pay them.
it seems you are right but one interesting thing 6 years ago when I was looking for professional programmer after browsing many websites(more than several months) I liked design and programming of one site.at footer of its site I found link and name of the company that created the website.I emailed them and they introduced one good and professional php programmer for me I believe good working attracts many customers...
Programmers (like me) are sick and tired of people wanting cheap or free jobs. If you want quality, expect to pay for it.
In reality, then the work spent on your custom CMS website will never return the lost income due to a simple link. To cover the lost income, then the clients you refer would have to get higher prices then regularly, and might therefor cause the client from not "coming back" or refering the coder to someone else = Lost business due to your business. Link's for work is extremely complicated and never turns out to give the link owner any extra income or referals
Programming for links is like "selling" cars for stickers with your "car shop" phone - you'll starve to death in no time. Advertising on sites which aren't freelancer communities and job listing has zero effectiveness. Once I got big banner on real estate listing (rooms for rent) site with 5k visitors daily - advertised real estate script there. Got ZERO calls, wasted 200 bucks.
Weird, would imagine that when people are on the lookout for real-estate then they where visiting the site because they wanted to start their own site identictal to the one they where visiting. I am suprised you didn't get any visitors
thank you friends for posting The main problem is: site is growing...now is 10k daily (about doubling per year) but no income .google doesn`t supports our language and banner advertisement has not been activated.at the sametime sometimes I need someone to do some technical things. I think one good way to have someone works for me is time/money/work
I think, programmers are not mad they learn programming but sometimes they can be mad because of its condition.
