http://www.azstarnet.com/allheadlines/143862 Isn't it ironic how we sold Iraq chemical weapons then invaded them because they have chemical weapons, and now we are talking about attacking Iran because they are trying to do nuke stuff, with nuke stuff we gave them
Hell, we've given something to just about every country out there at one time or another. At times, we provide both sides of a conflict with resources. It's good ol' fashion American foreign policy.
How do you need to predict the future to know not to give nuclear materials to a someone like the shah ? umm, its not just anything, like some guns or something its nuclear materials
Who is "we?" Are you speaking on behalf of Germans, Dutch, Egyptians, Indians, Arabs ??? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halabja_poison_gas_attack http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iraq_and_weapons_of_mass_destruction I suppose if the only way to get moonbats to see the threat is to let them "blame America first" for something else, then so be it. BTW, "we" (Clinton/Carter, that is) gave North Korea nuclear materials. Carter got a Nobel Peace Prize out of it. Now *that's* ironic
Are you saying that if someone sold more of them then us its ok? What are you talking about, you are being incoherent Well thats interesting but what is your point?
You didn't read my post did you? There were questions and answering questions with questions is a means of avoiding them. Who is "we?" Blame America first, always Draw a parallel with your original post (or, to help better, pretend it was a Republican administration that supplied North Korea with nuclear materials) to see the point. Rick is right, two different points in time. We don't promise to be allies with others, forever, and they don't promise to be our allies forever either.
Thats odd coming from someone who was just extolling the virtues of knowing the history of events. What exactly is what you think the "point" is? That US seems to create its own worst enemies repeatedly, We propped up saddam, helped arm him, then later we have to fight him We helped train and arm muslim extremists in their fight against the soviets, and in return we get Bin Ladin Now we helped give Iran nuclear materials , now they are one of the biggest theats in the world. Do you see a pattern there?
I don't care , who did it. I don't care if it was carter/clinton , bush/reagan, don't you see that it doesn't matter? Our mad lust for oil continues to create almost all foreign problems we have now.
Right. Sorry if I don't seemed excited. I didn't know this was news. It's not just some guns, it's a whole lot of military equipment and information.
The problem is us giving Muslim nations the benefit of the doubt time and time again, just to get fucked again and again.
I know you don't care about America, you don't have to remind me. As long as you can blame America first and only. I know ferret, I know. Same shit, different day Spank me daddy, I've been naughty!
You've just stated it. We also created the perfect enviroment for Hitler by entering world war I. Had we not entered, the versaille treaty wouldn't have existed as-is. Hiter may have died in the war, and Germany would have a less intensively punishing condition on them. The commies would have less likely been in power, especially in china. Millions upon millions would have not died, and perhaps the whole route of history would be different. All this creating more enemies, deaths and problems...but in the context of that time it made sense. Iran just held our people hostage for a year...wise or not, do you think it's ever been American policy not to defeat people that have wronged us? We had a policy of indirect war against our enemies (by any means) for sometime now. Personally I think Saddam and the people leading the 'Islamic Revolution' were equally morons. Yes. So what!? It's not like Bin Laden is half as dangerous as Communist Russia was...they had the potential of eliminated the whole of the US and they had instability and enviroment to do so. That conflict was among many other indirect tactics (we iniatiated) which made the Commie nation financially crumble. Bin Laden was bearly anything in the fight against the solviet...most of it was done by others. The shah was a bit different than the Islamic Revolution, don't you think? Thus context. Regardless, current international law doesn't say Iran can't have nucleur power, it just says an international watch dog must have full view of it.
Considering all that *could* be wrong with the photo, it's interesting you only take issue with the brand of cigarettes
I'm afraid that they will get their nukes, - one or the other way, - probalbly not the way they speculate though
