Traffic Details

MicrosoftWordFonts.com gets only around 150 uniques per month, but there’s two things to keep in mind:

- the traffic is highly targeted, shown by the Adsense revenue

- it has gotten this traffic with ABSOLUTELY NO WORK being done from my side, meaning that if the site has already started ranking naturally then with some effort it could achieve a lot more.

DownloadNotepad.com – no promoting / link building has been done, no traffic. Since the term “download notepad” is a little bit more competitive compared to “microsoft word fonts”, it will take a tad more effort to get this site rank highly but it still shouldn’t be complicated.

How you deal with TM issues on those domains? Just curious how this works for you or the buyer?

 

There's no trademark issues with those sites/domains because:

MicrosoftWordFonts.com - the site does not compete, in any way, with Microsoft or MS Word, it merely provides information on how to enrichen the MS Word experience, meaning that it's even supporting (and definitely not hurting!) Microsoft's sales. If this domain would have any trademark issues then some rather large computer training websites that have Word, Excel etc. in their domain names would have the same problems - unlikely.

DownloadNotepad.com - Notepad is not a trademark.
