Selling PR 2 Technology Blog with 1,50,000 PageViews per Month

    I have a blog having 1,50,000 (150k) Page Views per month. With Page Rank 2.
    Almost all posts appear on top of search results. Having more than 150 Posts and 1180 Google Indexed pages.
    The blog is dealing with Technology so that adsense pays an average of 1$ per click and the site is receiving more than 15 clicks per day (so daily 15$ and monthly 450$)

    As I have a lots of blogs to maintain, I find this site as hard to continue with. If you wish to buy this blog, let me know. I expect a pricing above $400

    Wow, $400 bucks for a site that makes $450 bucks monthly, regardless if you put time into the site or not you'll still make more this month then you would with this one sale but thats your choice.

    Can we see some proof that the site makes $450 a month and the visitor pictures.

    After having a look at your site: 115 readers and NO ADS.
    This is very strange... more over if you claim earning $450 per month.

    What about the $450 monthly, because like the other folks, do not see any ads (Google Adsense, or otherwise) on the site. I do see an advertise block but no one is paying for it unless they wanted it to say "Advertise Here".

    We need real Revenue proof here because its very strange that you sell site with revenue $450 monthly for only $400. if you won't try to scam people here, then please be honest here, and proof us with valid data.

    I removed my google ads because I am keeping this site for sale. I have a lots of other blogs in my adsense account. Other than it, I have another PR3 Technology blog. That is the reason why I am keeping this blog for sale.

    I am not claiming the money I have generated. Please avoid that statement. And I havent placed the ads because I created a new adsense account and I cant place ads in this blog (I am gonna sell it).

    I am sure than my blog is much worthy than 400$. But I have another Tech blog which has more strength than this, Thus I feel to sell this blog. And if you found this blog unworthy after buying it, I will pay you back.
