    Some of my inner pages and catalogs did get a PR of 2 or 3. But the PR of my homepage has not changed. :)

    go on google and type in your keywords

    you will find more than 20 sites are lower PR than you got better SERPs... and traffic

    Nothing new about Google over ranking new sites initially. Most of the new sites I work with get picked up at PR3 and sometimes even PR4, then drop down accordingly a few months later. Good luck!

    LOL! Google never over ranks! My site have PR 4 and its worth it! My website have quality content and i have created many squidoo lenses and hub pages with links to it.

    Wow...Some of the above success-stories seem incredible. Getting PR4 or even PR6 (as one of the members wrote) for a new site is a real commendable achievement.
    Conversely, after the recent Page Rank update some of my projects dropped in rating. Will be trying to follow your guys' suite :)

    Well my site is 15 days old and is pr 4! And i made 8 hub pages and 34 squidoo lenses with its link and used many other secret techniques (100$ white hat). So it is possible!

    See the quality content! And i can selling links in it, tell me if interested.
