Buying Need to hire a Designer/PHP/HTML programmer

    I have a template that is coded in HTML/CSS that I need edited (looks-wise) and need a special shopping cart system made.

    My Budget is $50.

    I don't want a programmer who is going to play games with the prices, I am going to spend $50 and that is it. I am a programmer with to much on my hands so do not have time to do this project.

    I guess I worded it incorrectly. You will use a generic shopping cart system with special checkout process (not as hard as it sounds). More information will be provided to individuals who are interested.

    So you want a commercial/open source shopping cart installed and then have it skinned with your design?
    Or is there any real development work here?

    If its an install and skin job that will only take a few hours then I may be interested, if not (i.e. there is any development work) then I will have to say thankyou but no thankyou.
