I find this somewhat unlikely. Whatever he is, he is fanatical. While that could be a symptom of youth, I'm guessing he is a devout Muslim, fully indoctrinated at the local mosque. He either didn't complete high school, or got bad grades. Either that, or he is an FOB immigrant from some place Muslim from some place like Pakistan. If that is the case, I'm guessing he currently lives in England. I bet he takes this "work" home with him as well.
