You mention in the eBay description...when you promoted the site? What and where, I guess when you promoted the site, where did you promote it?

I use search engine marketing as the means of promoting my websites. This site has about 47,000 pages so many of the hit in webalizer are bot page views that basically live at the site. The website automatically updates large amounts of data, so there is always new content for them to crawl.

The Sponsors links? Are they required to stay on for a period of time? Are those your sites or paid text link. If paid, could you tell me how much they are sold for?

I changed these links to the eBay auction, and a thread about this auction. They were links back to other sites I owned before changing them. Most of those sites eventually received a PR 4 or PR 5.

why revenue dropped in july.

can you show traffic for last 6-8 months

 

The traffic has decreased because there have been several algorithm changes in the past few months. When you do search engine marketing as I do, you have to re-optimze for the current algorithm. I have not gotten around to re-optimizing this website because I have been busy working on other projects. I did not realize that the traffic had fallen as much as it has until I started putting information together on this website to sell it last Thursday.

As I mentioned before, I could build the traffic on this site quickly, but it will only prove I can build traffic for the site. The new owner needs to understand that if he or she is going to run a site based on search engine marketing, they will need to be able to make these minor adjustments. It is not difficult and there is plenty of information here on DP to get the information concerning how to do this.

I do not own nor have I ever owned a site I could just let sit and it would continue to make money regardless of algorithm changes or search engine updates. I have found that with search engine marketing changes have to be made to stay competitive.

This site has all the bells and whistles to give the owner the ability to be a good search engine marketer with this website. From a search engine friendly mod_rewrite for dynamically generated pages to a highly ranked RSS Feed.
