    I too received a PR2 for my 2 week old Domain :). I have just created 7000 Backlinks for my keywords and Boom!! I received a PR2 and SERPS are growing everyday :D.

    it depends on how do you optimize your website, The important factors that the google gives importance is mainly depends on the how many back links your site is having and the quality of those listing Pages.

    Two of my blog got a PR1 rank from NA one has dropped and all others just stay the same thing.. Wish it would at least gain another PR rank but well I think I need to gain more backlinks
