    Hello Guys!

I would just like to ask for your opinion about my concern. Its my first time to post a site for sale and luckily someone accepted the Buy-it-now price. So far i havent received any email from that person to begin the process of transfer? is that really how it should be? I mean to wait for that person message me or is there a place where i should go to start the process of transfer. Thanks in advance.

Maybe delay in reply due to holidays (Christmas and New Year). Just wait IMO.

Thanks for all your answers. the buyer finally sent a message. I have one last question though, Is is possible that the buyer cancel his paymen through paypal although the buyer have transferred the money to my paypal account and i see the amount reflected in my balance? Im a little bit worried that after the transfer of all the files and domains, the buyer might cancel the payment. If that, happens, it will be one of those scam stories to tell :(

Very possible for them to claim the money back through PayPal. People on here seem to recommend Escrow.com - however I still wasnt comfortable with that. There will always be a risk. Just make sure you are selling to a buyer with good rep.

The buyers account was created a week 10 days ago. So far he have purchased a site a few 5 days ago. No feedback yet. That raised a red flag on me but since its my first flip, im worried that my work will be stolen. Any suggestions since i am already at this point? How do you guys pre-qualify a buyer or at least check their reputation? Im not really up for a quick sale here, not really on a rush to have the site sold. Rather be safe than sorry :)
