Did you request a check from them as a payout? I believe they charge for a mailed payout.

    May also be a chargeback.

Yes, I was reading their information, and they will charge you to mail out a check for commissions, actually they will charge you for whatever they can. I just started using them. Are they worth it?

    *shrug* I like them.

I'd have to go check but I believe you only have to pay the $10 if you've requested the check to be fedex'ed to you. Did you do that?

As crazy as this sound, you might actually want to contact them directly.

It's not a dormant account fee?

I don;t recall that they do that. They send you a couple of reminder emails and then just drop your account.

I'd definitely give them a call. It starts to raise flags when you're getting charged, and you're NOT doing anything. I've let my account with CJ go dormant several times, and I've never experienced this type of thing.

    (f) Dormant Accounts.
If Publisher's Account has not been credited with a valid, compensable Transaction that has not been Charged-back during any rolling, six consecutive calendar month period (“Dormant Account”), a dormant account fee at CJ's then-current rate shall be applied to Publisher's Account each calendar month that Publisher's Account remains an open yet Dormant Account or until Your Account balance reaches a zero balance, at which time the Account shall become deactivated. Transactions will not be counted if the Transaction subsequently becomes a Charge-back.

I haven't got paid yet. Just started using them. It seems that they broker affiliate listings for a lot of companies. If they are like any other broker, there is usually a fee for almost anything. I have a financial website, so there are financial ads on it.

Does anyone out there have an ongoing relationship with CJ, and if so how straight forward are they? Can you use your ref link on other sites, and get pd for them, like twitter etc.

If there are shipping fee for check ( FedEx ), it should be $40.
If there are fee for replacement check, maybe it's. I never got this trouble before !
