Well I'm looking for cheap dedicated server.
With cPanel/WHM.
Fully Managed

No more than $25/month

Will only accept offers from established companies (with more than 1 year of experience)

the cpanel/whm license alone would be around $25, not counting u wanting a fully managed server?, u won't find anything with your requirements if unless u raise your budget at least 3X

u would be very lucky to even get a vps at that price

 

He is right, your budget is too low for a dedicated server. The least specs dedicated server (Intel Atom) will cost you around 65-75$ If I'm not wrong.

 

no any real company, especially experienced one will offer you this.

With that price you can get an unmanaged and without cpanel vps from us. You should consider to x3 as mentioned earlier by jared2183

 

Like I've said in another post, you could check out http://corenetworks.net or http://www.serverpronto.com/ but the setup fee will probably stop you.

 

with that budget you would be better off with Xen VPS than cheap non RAID protected box.

 

He wants at $25 including cPanel and that too fully managed.

My max budget could be $40/month
but the dedicated server has to had the following specs as a minimum
40 GB of hd
1 TB of BW
10 or 100 mbps connection
RAID 1 protection
cPanel/WHM included along with OPENVZ

Basically that, even if it's unmanaged I would be interested.

cpanel alone cost $30-40 license fee monthly, I doubt a reputable host can offer you this.

you need spent at-least $90 monthly, than it can cover cpanel, and your other requirement for a p4 server

 

This is something that should either be deleted or moved to the freebie category. Honestly, the cPanel license costs more than that per month. I assume this is a typo maybe??? Did you mean $250/mo., or $125/mo.? Or were you looking for hosting?
