Hi All, Over the last decade I have accumulated hundreds of high quality, generic keyword dot com domain names. I am now in the process of developing all of them into websites. As simple as this may sound, I am looking for someone with proven, off-site SEO skills (article syndicate, link building, social networking, forum posting, etc.). The specific objective is to attain #1, #2 or #3 rankings on all the major search engines for the keyword phrase of the particular domain. I don't care about getting ranked on keywords outside of the actual domain name. I view it as a bonus. Most domains have less than 5,000,000 competitors. We are providing: The highly valuable generic keyword dot com domain Hosting Design Website Original Content Developers who can modify any on-site SEO elements vendor requests Logo Trademarks etc. My company does not have the time or the desire to get into the SEO business. There are plenty of good companies that already do an excellent job. They know how to take a new website and bring it to a PageRank 3 or 4 in a matter of months and get it into the top positions. They also have the expertise to generate quality, permanent links to relevant site that add value (not spam link/directory submission) Currently, I am looking for 3 companies to achieve the above objectives. I will pay based on performance at specific time intervals. You each will, initially, receive 3 domains to achieve results with. One will be with <1,000,000 competitors, one will be with <5,000,000 competitors and one will be with <10,000,000 competitors. Payments will be paid monthly, based on mutually agreed to performance milestones. Full payment for the year will be deposited into an Escrow.com or similar account for mutual safety. Each company that successfully meets its objectives in a "white hat" way will be given more domains of increasing value (eventually to domains appraised at over $100K each...not by some stupid, automated program). Same Question as above, Please excuse me if ive read your post wrong but am i right in saying that after the pre-arranged monthly fee is agreed the company/individual will not actually have the payments until the end of the year ? If that is the case i fail to see any real "company" which agree to such things. If ive misunderstood the post then please feel free to send me a PM.
Hi, To be clear on the payment structure, I am willing to do a combination of base payment plus performance. Performance payments would be made monthly. The base payment would also be paid monthly. Let me use a clear example below with made-up numbers: Month 1: PageRank = 0 Position for Keyword Phrase = 39 Base Payment = $100 Performance Payment Earned = $0 Total Payment = $100 Month 2: PageRank = 0 Position for Keyword Phrase = 3 Base Payment = $100 Performance Payment Earned = $25 Total Payment = $125 Month 3: PageRank = 1 Position for Keyword Phrase = 2 Base Payment = $100 Performance Payment Earned = $75 Total Payment = $175 The point of the payment plan is to make sure there is both an incentive to to do quality work that generates sustained results AND also to tie success to results.
