Need Content Gateway Site [Blocks Content Until Offer Done]

Hey, I'm looking for a Content Gateway site that I can use to block access unless an offer is done.

I've looked at:
CPALock/PerfectTracking - Haven't been accepted as publisher yet (Been 4 days)
CPALead - GOOD, however, I am looking for payment other than check.

So if you know any sites like the above, post it
