Most of those people are just looking to duplicate the site or one close to it. Some of those people are even looking for information that can be used to find any possible exploits and hack the site in quetion, or at least try. Don't look to me to provide you the information that could be used for those purposes.

I do not claim any revenues or traffic stats in any of my listings. it avoids confussion, miss interpretation and makes things easier. No need to ask for these, since non are claimed. You can however perform you own.

 

If you can't even provide a few simple details that should have been provided in the sale options, then what makes us want to trust you with our signature and what other information you want, which you may do whatever you want with it.

People here don't want to do anything as you listed above, we just want to know what we're buying before we buy it, it's common sense. You wouldn't go to a store and buy a rubber chicken when you wanted a rubber duck now would you?

 

Because it is people like you aparantly that take that information you are aking for and use it to try to hack the site or for whatever negative purpose it is you are asking for it. If you cant show your seriousness about asking for and needing any information that could be used for the above purposes what makes me want to trust you with it which you may do whatever you want with it.

The same scenario applies. You dont trust me unless you get it, i dont trust you unless I get it.

In that case, find another listing and go hack another site or whatever it is you plan to do.
Any serious buyer would have no problem with a confidentiality agreement. Since you do, you are not serious.

Ok guys, here it is in a nut shell. On another site I had a user that asked all the very same quetions you are. He then took that information and was creating sites like the site I was selling and sending messages to my bidders and others offering his site at 60% less. Then, when he was banned, he simply created a new account and was selling a tutorial on how to do the same thing. Before he was banned that time he posted all the info needed to duplicate the site that was being sold. The issue is that the post is now available forever since posts are never deleted but merely archived.

This site is not that difficult to duplicate. Any fairly good programmer can tell you the function routine and processes are simple and creating database connections and call functions is no difficult task either.
Therefore I need to protect the site and I am sure any buyer would want nothing less.

A confidentiality agreement is the best way I can see to do that.

Mate, it's not like that here, you could say you customly coded the site, but really it might be a free script and we wouldn't know as your not providing ANY information. Also ive got 12 iTrader, you've got 0, that's just 1 reason to trust me, ive also brought and sold a few sites on DP before, and am currently bidding on a couple too. Also please don't accuse people, no one accused you, so have the same respect and don't do it.

Considering the domain name, how it fits the site content in which it is being used for I dont think it is too high.

But, on the other hand considering the site was down for a while whhen i was reworking it somewhat, I am willing to lower it to $50.00

I see a lot of people who say they want more info but none who say they are willing to sign a confidentiality agreement. This brings to light the question of your intended use of the information requested. Simply put you agree to keep the info confidential and not use it for profit or financial gaine and you can get whatever you want. If you dont agree, then you are not a serious buyer but merely looking to get info for duplication or howto purposes.
