The products with higher gravity are the most popular , this means more affiliates are promoting these products, it all depends on the traffic you will be throwing at the sales page. Try your luck with a low gravity product and see how it works out, you might have more of a chance being found with a less popular product.
Both can work. Higher gravity ones usually are in a bigger market, so there are more keywords it's easier to get traffic. The downside is that there is more competition. Lower gravity products can perform well. There isn't that much competition for them which is good. Choose something with at least 20 gravity. Both high and low gravity products have their pros and cons, I personally prefer higher gravity products, but both could work out for you. Just try them both and see what suits you better.
