    the directory runs on a free script and a free template. many...and i mean many submissions have to be manually re-edited and some are to be deleted. the new owner has to do a lot of work of the site. thats why i personally believe that a directory that has nothing paid for worth less than your BIN price. I wish you goodluck with your sale though :)
