    Monthly Revenue: $5 per month

    General Info: HotScript.net is a script resource site with a lot going for it. The domain is prime, and traffic has been steady since it's conception. The real issue is my network is branching in other directions, and I need to unload the webmaster sites. With a little attention paid to it, HotScript could do very well.

    Revenue Details: I threw Google ads on the site from the beginning, and they draw clicks here and there. I would suggest that the buyer optimize ad placement, showing ads in the breaks between script details.

    Traffic: Traffic is constant, but it has suffered over the past few months; no attention at all has been paid to the site.

    What's Included?: Included in this sale is the site itself, it's domain name (free push via GoDaddy.com), the custom logo, and the database containing 695 entries.

    There are thousands of script resource sites on the internet today. HotScripts.com is one of them, HotScript.net is another. None of them can be referred to as any more 'real' then another. The name association between those two sites like helps HotScript.net, but it is no more a clone then the many other script resource sites online today.

    It was a question that cast a potential shadow of doubt on my sale, and a question that barely made enough sense to answer; that is where my fear of being rude came into play.

    Hotscripts.com has been around longer than your iteration of the site.

    You registered a domain close to it.
    Your site is newer.
    You have almost a duplicate design.

    Screams clone to me.

    There are many similar sites out there (Google/Yahoo/MSN) But they dont look like each other or have similar names.

    How is that relative to the sale? It is not illegal to make a site look like another one. In case the sale fails trough, I am interested
