A good CPM site WITHOUT minimum traffic....

Hey ppl! (my first post w00t)

anyway, does anybody know of a CPM network that:

a) pays via paypal
b) has no minimum traffic requirements
c) accepts traffic in places other than north America (like Asia, Australia etc)
and
4) is NOT a scam (obviously)

currently I am using applyads.com and they are ok ($0.50 CPM on a leader board ad) but they only accept traffic from North America which is VERY anoying; apart from that they have all the features I am looking for.

Just out of interest though, what's the timer duration and why isn't australia part of the traffic you support?!

User needs to stay for at least 10 seconds to be counted. Currently we do not get enough Australia traffic, so we can't even try to monetize it. If you have possibly big Australia traffic, let us know and we can check what we can do.

They are okay. Slow on payment. I finally just got my first payment from them and its been a little over 10 days overdue.

What kind of restrictions do you have on your advertisers' side? I just tested your sliding banner ad on one of my sites and saw a banner that contains pictures of women in bikini. That doesn't really bother me as such, but can I be confident that there's no adult content in your ads?

Why do you want to do CPM, when your site(s) are below minimum traffic requirements for even the moderately good CPM networks. You're wasting your time.

 

I too am looking for somethign like this, I've heard a lot about ValueClick media and Burst being good... A new CPM ad agency on the block is SkyCPM, though I've never tried them so I can't vouch for their service but their rates are high and acceptable for a CPM Advertising Company

I also recomment TrafficRevenue website of tomksoft. They are paying very fast (one day), 5$ minimum payout and they offer very very good CPM rates.
