Does 2 Black Columns Make Content Harder to Read?

    My blog, Web Journey has a right and left column, both black. Does that make the content harder to read? Should I consider changing the left column to white?

    Too much contrast IMO. Something other than white for the center section may work. Naybe a soft grey.

    Colors are not my strong point but try #B5BABE and go lighter or darker as you see fit.

    If you don't have PS or other editor find a color you like and post or PM a link. I will will read it for you.
