Larger - Sitemap

    I have a site with around 1500 web pages, I want to create a sitemap for that. obviously single file sitemap will not be the solution, how could I create a multiple files sitemap, is there some free tool with the help of that I could create that if not, tell me an easy solution for that.

    you can use phyton for create sitemap. read google webmaster than you can understand.

    I guess, there are some easy to use free tools out there, which just take the URL of your website from you and give you ready made sitemap in seconds.

    You don't need a multi-file sitemap for a site that small. A single sitemap.xml can contain up to 50,000 URLs in it as long as it doesn't exceed 10MB. I think it will be a while before you need to go to multiple sitemap files. You can find out more here.

    You don't need to worry about multiple sitemaps but if you ever do you can just add extra sitemaps WITHIN a sitemap, it's pretty simple.
