Do you own the resell rights to this script? To be honest, I doubt that you do, but I could be wrong.

elbeer has that same script for sale (for cheaper) on his site and his demo is Diablo Wars. Your demo even has the same header image, you just painted over the "blo" and made it Dia Wars.

It's possible that there's more to the story than I know and maybe elbeer didn't program it and you both bought resell rights from a third person or something like that. Sorry if I'm falsely accusing you, this just looks a little suspicious to me and I'm going to mention it to elbeer just to make sure that there's nothing going on here.

 

This is also counterpart of Mobs wars clone. I am providing service here. All the site, game and host are legit. You are right. This is the game I bought from elbeer, which you are seeing on facebook. My service will be, I'll buy a legit version of the game from elbeer. Will buy domain and provide hosting. Setup the game on the host and integrate with facebook and cpalead. This will save time of my clients. They can use those time on something else. I don't think I am doing some wrong. What do you think?

 

If you buy and pay for a new copy of the script for each person then I think it's legal, but it would be even nicer if you also informed them before they paid you that the script is available for cheaper from the creator and show them elbeer's site and tell them that by paying you $100/$150 you get it installed and set up and ready to go.

It's not really my deal though. I didn't create the script!

 

I'll not do any secret job. I am open here as everybody is reading this. I informed elbeer about this. I'll add more games and applications within one or two days. If anybody will interested I'll give him all the expenses list. If then he will want my service, then nobody have to say anything.
