Hey guys, what's the best blogging site around here? I wanna create a blog, with something interesting, and put some ads on it also so I can earn some $$.
And anyway, what's the best ad site? Like the highest that pays per click.

    Waiting your answer, thank you!

The best blogging site would probably be Wordpress? Wordpress and Blogger are really the only two main blogging platforms, and Wordpress exceeds Blogger by far in almost any category for best blogging platform. If you are looking for a platform to set up without paying for a domain name and hosting, I would actually go with Blogger. You'll get a free *.blogspot.com domain and you can start blogging there, create your own theme, etc.

As for monetizing that blog, shouldn't be too hard to get into AdSense. Just make a few posts and get your blog looking nice and then sign up for an AdSense account, you should be approved no problem if you don't break any TOS.

You're allowed to use only 1 ad site such as AdSense to your blog? Or you can add others too.

Once you're "adsense approved," you can use ads on any website or blog you own.

Note that adsense (and any other monetization program) isn't allowed on blogs hosted by wordpress.

Go for blogspot, it is the best for newbie and you can also get the adsense to earn money.
    Then shift to wordpress blog.

It really depends, you can use blogger.com and wordpress.com. Blogger has an ap for easily putting adsense on your blogs while wordpress does not support it (unless you host your own domain). Some say that wordpress can show up in the serps faster but I personally think that is not true. You could also make a squidoo lens as well, it is not a blog but is nameworthy.

A blog has nothing to do with getting the highest paying ads, you can create a free blog at blogger.com and wordpess.com, blogger is the only company that will allow you to put ads on your blog. You can also buy a domain and hosting and make your own blog and put ads yourself.

If you want AdSense or any other kind of ads on your blog, you cannot use Wordpress.com blogs, as "Adsense, Yahoo, Chitika, TextLinkAds and other ads are not permitted on WordPress.com blogs." (http://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/)

If it's a free blogging platform you want, there's nothing wrong with Google's Blogger, nice and easy to use, and it's even nicely integrated with AdSense and recently there's been the addition of the Amazon Associates integration as well.

If you want to self-host, then go with WordPress of course.

I have used wordpress but wanted more links back to my site than they allowed, I switched to Typad. It is much like wordpress. I also use blogger but it does not let me list a blog roll like Typepad and I use the blog roll to link back to pages on my site, I have adsense on both of these blogs,

    Hi,
I started from Google's Blogger. After that, I switched to a self-hosted wordpress blog as the plugins are great.
