I've tried an all vegetable and fruit diet before and although I did have a bit more energy and I did feel a little better, I won't give up eating steaks and fish etc. . The main thing that I learned is to eat smaller portions and to mix in a few veggies and fruits.

Ignorance is all i can say, if your going to do a vegetarian diet or go that one bit more extreme and go vegan, raw vegan etc then you need to know how to food combine, use a variety of different foods so your still getting all the required nutrients plus use a b12 sublingual supplement. personally i use a varied approach i eat alot of vegetables, different grains, seaweeds and more.
I'm a non veggie I love meat and fish etc but I would like to try a vegetarian diet sometime, I love vegetarian food Quorn sausages are just perfect, all the taste (and more) of real sausages and no oily fatty feel (or fat ) If I had more money I could buy fresh food and make more meals without meat in them
Once i was vegetarian for health reason , i am eating egg and i eat fried chicken mean , i won't eat it as flesh. i eat along with fried rice so i don't get the smell or taste of chicken, i just add up sauce and eat it. Okay i am a partial non vegetarian. I don't love to eat non vegetarian, but forced to do it. Ps: in previous post i said i like to eat non veggie meaning i like to eat it because i like to become fat.
i like are kinds meat and its really good for health and give us energy and more vitamins.so i pure non vegetarian.
