I suspect this Site is built on a dropped domain & PR not unique to this site

Thanks for cracking the case on this one. One look at the domain name and the content on it makes me think that you're probably right, but you should either post proof that it is dropped or keep your opinion to yourself.

DP is still a forum or discussion board, so in fact opinions are more than welcome even if you dont like what others say.
For strictly sales post, you can visit ebay or flippa which are marketplaces, not discussion boards

If he is going to basically accuse someone of lying and effectively ruin the sellers ability to sell their site, he should have some evidence to back it up.

What if you were selling a site and someone came in and said that they think you stole all the content, but didn't offer any proof?

I still do not agree with you
The fact that this site was built on a dropped domain is more than evident, just check the content and the doamin itself and you can imagine it.

DP is a webmaster board, so members here are smart enough to find these types of hidden info.

Zack just alerted the community about a possible dropped domain and the risk about buying it based on PR, and remember that the seller is the one promoting a sale of a PR5 site in the thread title but he "forgot" to say the PR was in fact from a dropped domain which most probably will be lost in the next google update.

So actually, was Zack who alerted about this little "missed info" and not the seller. Anyway I dont see Zack saying the seller was lying or something similar, but since you understood that from Zack´s comments I assume that you , Zack and me we all know what is happening in this sale and the "missing part".
    Dont u think?

Oh, yes. Proof is right there, just google it or visit http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://congresogeologico.com
    Hope it helps

It is perfectly fine to warn buyers that some information may be misleading. Given that the whole site has its PR based on spanish content. It is evident that the PR will drop and the seller should at least warn the buyers.

Thank you for your attention, like you said there so many smart people like you that can check by them self about history of the web, that's really basic using "info:congresogeologico.com" or use checkpagerank.net to check this domain, so I believe I will insult people if I used screen shot of wayback machine or result from checkpagerank.net, which they can easily check by them self :D btw I buy this domain on july from godaddy auction and this is not dropped domain.

Link sales paid monthly, from several links service companies like backlinks.com and linkadage.com

I canceled to sell this web site, because I've got another source of funding for my business. Thank you all for the visit and comments, hopefully we can talk again next time :D
