I usually use auto-blogging as a portion of some of my sites, but if you are looking for just a complete autoblog I can do that too. Ex: travelthefloridakeys.net has a section of upcoming events that auto updates. http://www.beatthevegasbook.com/ is completely automated, but I still need to add some images and spice it up. I also use a form of autoblogging at http://www.imnews.org/ it only requires that I approve the articles before they are posted. Takes a few minutes a day (or every few days). Semi automated results in a much higher quality site. Complete autopilot depends on the sources of your material. Good RSS feeds are hard to find that provide good, lengthy content. Semi-Automated from a good article supplier is much better. My rates range from $40 - $100 depending on how elaborate you want the sites to be. I can work out any package or details that you need.

No worries, I put a lot more effort in setting up the sites which is well worth the $40. If you want a bare bones set up., I can do it cheaper, but it really defeats the purpose of having a nice site. I have seen people set these up for $15, but when you look at them, they use the 'uncategorized' for a category, the 'About' page is the Wordpress default page, there are no images to make it look nice and the permalinks are rarely seo friendly. Just my thoughts though.
