I am going to promote my website via blog comments.

Can I use my website main keyword in the place of name for blog comments?

    Thanks in advance

Yes ofcourse you can but depending on what your keyword is, you risk your comment being disapproved.

Ya you can but I am afraid that hardly webmasters having higher page ranks will approve it. these kind of comments will be accepted by lower page rankers :)

While commenting, along with the email, you can also enter your website name in the given website option. Although a quality blog will not allow your comments.
    Still Good luck

It depends. Obviously, if you come across as too spammy, the webmaster will delete your comment.

yes, you can but sometime Blogger disapprove your comment, might be it's risk for you

if you want to comment then do it professionally, because at the time of comment, they provide you option of "your website name"

Use your main keyword + your keyword in combination with other words, i.e. if your keyword is "buy jewelry" you can also use buy discount jewelry, buy cheap jewelry, etc. A big number of links from blog comments with the same anchor text will most probably lead to a penalty.
Really relevant comments are usually not deleted by owners even if you use a rather commercial keyword as anchor text.
Use other link exchange tactics at the same time. Links from blog comments give good results together with links from other sources.

Blog comment using keyword in the name space is one of the major ways in promoting your keywords, but I find it no longer work well, because most of the blog owners delete them without hesitation.

The best place to put your keywords is in the Title area, as this is the text that will contain the a href leading back to your site. Your comment body text doesn't need to contain any keywords or even be related to your niche, just make sure it relates to the blog post so the blog owner will accept it and allow your comment to be published.

Yes , you can promote your website with blog comment but after whenever blog admin delete your comment at that time your website will be down so better than u promote your website with article, press release, your personal blog and bookmarking

So what happens if there is too much spamming from single or few email id's?
Of course webmaster will BAN them. But can these a/c be banned by their email service provider(like a yahoo, gmail or gmail id is spamming too much).

Now can gmail take an action?
Plus regarding website name thing?I did not get your pointon this.
