Is is keyword stuffing?

    Hi I want to know that expect the article content if there are also keyword using on the sidebar or like such other place and if it count more keyword then is it keyword stuffing?

    Actually couldn't understand your question properly... Keywords in content then what do you say as Sidebar or other... Can you tell us exactly...

    When I count my keyword on my page it almost 16 keyword I got taking the keyword of sidebar, footer, header etc. So is it one keyword stuffing?

    Ya of course.. Your content should look like as if you had used keywords in content. It should not be like as if writing the content for those keywords. There is limitations of keyword optimizing. According to your content you can use keywords. Not that there are 16 keywords are there. In few pages we can't avoid those words. Google robots understands them.
    In most cases replace those keywords with other relevant words.

    keyword stuffing is a kind of black hat seo method. You should learn keyword density in order to avoid keyword stuffing.

    Yes, while considering the keyword density and proximity all the text in the page is considered.
    For keyword density your keyword's existence is counted from all possible places on your page from content/sidebar/footer/header/comments/links/hidden text, etc..
    It is not necessary that having a keyword 16 times is counted as keyword spamming.
    Use a tool to measure your keyword density.
    e.g. a keyword density of 16 out of 1000 words = 1.6% which is not at all considered spam. Be sure not to exceed 5-7%.
