Not developed, it was just registered 2 hours ago.. How's the domain worth? Special thanks to Dondon2d for this domain
Don't register trademarks in a domain - it's infringement, can get you sued, and makes the domain worthless. I would try to get a refund.
it was only pushed to me by paying a friend... should i push it back to him? and he'll ask for the refund?
Check with Godaddy. I think they will refund within 5 days of registration - but I'm not sure how the push affects things.

iPod is definitely a trademark. I would develop it and flip it. Many people will still buy it since they don't care about trademarks.
where's a good place to sell this kind of domains? and i dont want to develop it further coz of the issue
Try pushing it back to the seller and see if they can get a refund - otherwise, each the $10 and consider it cheap experience. It would have cost thousands and thousands of dollars to defend yourself in an infringement suit.
You could take the risk look at all the domain names with the word ipod in. And if the worst happens and apple contact you couldn't you just delete the domain and not get in trouble?
Apple probably wouldn't sue you without contacting you first, but they could. A trademark owner is under no obligation to give you a chance to drop a domain or take it down. Once you infringe, you are liable for damages. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cybersquatting
im after the money maybe if you'll see one of my threads here, I desperately need money to be able to buy a domain, and how bad luck it is that i registered this one after all all my efforts were put into waste
