PayPal Debit Card

Do I need to verify my account first before I can use this? And will this also be available on other countries aside from the US?

No,There is no need to verify your account first..Just 500USD sending limit..

 

i recommend not to send money with unverified accnt .

though u can recive without any worry

Limit can be increased if you upgrade to Premium Account.

 

there is no premium paypal i think... maybe youre talking about rapidshare

 

I'm from the US. But I am currently in the Dominican Republic.

The card works in other countries but don't completely rely on it. In the US when I used the card it automatically took the money out of my checking account (I'm Verified) and I never had a problem. In the DR paypal declines the transaction regularly, I haven't figured out why yet. I try to use the card whenever I can because I get 1.5% back for using it, I wish it was more reliable.

You think bad Exist 3 types : Personal / Premier (my bad - not Premium) / Bussiness :

Personal accounts are mostly used for buying.
Premier accounts are used for buying and selling using your personal name.
Business accounts are for buying and selling using your business or corporate name.
