I am located in Kentucky and there are big changes to my results... Some sites came out of no where to top 10 for major keywords... I talked to friend that lives in another part of the USA and he is started to see some changes, it appears that Google may be rolling out Google Caffeine but it hasn't hit all data centers just yet.
All my rankings remain the same, so here caffeine still not live as I am expected to see some well rankings for some of my keywords on caffeine, too bad, my earnings dropped a lot.
You'd think they would issue press releases saying when they took the move forward... I don't notice any change myself. Yet. Jason
It would also be helpfull if those who see *big* changes tell us what DC they are hitting. To determine the IP of the current DC just hover over the "cached" link. /*tom*/
Could the changes your observing be the result of personalized search suddenly taking affect on your computer? (now that you don't have to be logged in) Have the changes had any affect on your SE traffic from those keywords? Cheers James
I think Google rolling this out gradually at a few datacenters at a time would make the most sense. Think about how huge Google is, they run thousands of servers and there's no way they could let go a change like this all at once. They would need to build up to it and have it grow
This isn't caffeine update. Google has just refreshed their search cache. Whenever you search on Google, Google will cache that page for your computer. The results will pretty much be the same every time from that day forward with minor changes here and there. What Google has done today is simply reset their cache results so everybody is seeing different results and not the results saved for their IP.
