Is that deemed fake content?

I have sign up at cpalead and geting instant approved.but when ever i am going to @Earning @ tab, it shows " your application is being reviewed" please allow 2-3 business day if u denied than contact affliate manager "
So wat does it means ? ? I cn get widget set up, and gateway is runing successfull on my site, and at every login they ask me "tax info " so i had submit it for non usa resident, bt stil again its showing. I had maild them, bt didnt geting any response so help me.

 

Umm, no - that would be classified as FRAUD and NO CPA company will allow you to do something like that, filling in your own offers will see you banned.

Probably means that they have not received your tax form, that's all I can think of...

So, the other day I accidentally had enabled my AdBlock while going to a CPAlead.com survey, which then said I had been logged for "attempting to block the survey" which I didn't intentionally do. Then under that it showed my IP address. How does CPAlead use my IP address?
