    It was MoneyBookers, but was recently overtook by Alertpay.
    However, there are very few sites accept Alertpay.

    in few countries MB is popular and in few countries alertpay is popular other than paypal depending on bank withdrawal from those ( mb , alertpay )

    Second popular payment processor is MB but if you want to do business worldwide then no any other choice left for you otherthen paypal IMO.

    Paypal is not worldwide. They claim to be but they are not. E.g. Paypal don't work in Bangladesh, Pakistan etc.
