Hello, I am looking for a logo design. For my boat. The name of the boat is: TU TAMA This is an Apache Indian name which translates to "water thunder". I want a simply want a a design for these words. Here is a little history on boat. The boat is a 36 foot Apache Warrior speed boat. Apaches are know for there speed and ability to take very rough water very fast. They are one of the best rough water offshore race boats every built. Back in the late 70's and early 80's they were breaking records left and right and dominated the offshore racing circuit. Because of this drug runners started having them made to order to bring drugs across the ocean into the US. Each boat was made with a custom one off pain job. Mine has a large Indian head with full headdress down the side of the boat. There are many colors in the paint and I am open to colors used in the design. But I am partial to Purple. This design will go on the boat and trailer in many different spots. For starters it will be on the back of the boat as the boat name. I will also have the logo turned into a embroidery image to have this logo stitched into the headrests and other parts of interior I am having redone. This will also be used for clothing, life jackets, hats etc. I was thinking of having the logo designed using feathers for the letters, but you guys are the experts. here are some pictures of the boat. I will post some better ones later. The round Indian head logo will also be used on the boat so designs must compliment that logo. Thanks! Rob
Boat name will go here on the left of center will be TU TAMA on the right of center will be my cith and state "Amherst OH" The logo and Amherst OH design must match.
Nice I like the brighter yellow better. I'm not crazy about the curved line can you get rid of that. The letters also look a little busy might be too many colors going. On there. Can you change the colors in the letters Thanks nice job so far
I would love to see the letters made like the feathers purple outside with a yellow center. Making the letters out o feathers would be better yet
This is neat. I can see this working well on t-shirts or hats. Can you replace the word powerboats with Apache powerboats. Remove the word speed. Also try it with the font from the Round Apache Powerboats logo in the first post of this thread. I would like to see 2 versions one with the current font and one with the font from the Apache Logo. The first two post will Give you a Good idea I like purple but the design should match the boat colors. Think of the Apache Indians when making your design the were tough and ruggad
