Your design looks pretty good, but one tip is to make your URL's SEO-friendly. They now show up like p=321 instead of "welcome-to-our-forum". I think you know what I mean. Too bad you only got two members... but I think they will come running to your website if you perform good SEO to it.
The site is good, but i don't really think we need more internet marketing forums right now. Make it a specific niche - that will have bigger chances.
