Its hard to say. Read about Squidoo. Any update on your position for those key words? Did you get removed all together or did you lose position on the SE.

 

If you link your site to banned site, then possible that this is the reason. Linking to a banned site is not good, so avoid it.

 

Is keyword banned possible. You have tendency of loossing traffic for that particular keyword right.

 

Maybe you were sandboxed? I've had days where I completely drop from rankings and in a week I'm on page 1. It's Google, they're messed up.

I don't Things it's trusted tools to check Domain Penalty how can they define this penalty.

 

If this link (http://www.seopenalty.com/) is showing that my domain is facing a penalty, how can I get to the reasons why Google has hit my domain with this penalty. Can anyone here please let me know.

keyword rankings change all the time. It is likely that this is simply a natural occurance rather than you being penalised. Just because you have previously ranked well for a keyword doesn't mean that this will always remain the case. Add new content to yuor page and build backlinks so that it remains popular.

 

Cannot be natural since i was in top 20 for several months,maybe even entire year.Also if you take a look at sites which writes about penalty,there is a one penalty called -950 which drops your position close to that position.I think i am now around 850 position.

I agree. If it was a penalty then you would have been completely removed from index. Try building more backlinks with your keywords in the anchor text of the URL. That might help.

 

You should always consult an seo expert while making any changes in your site . . .

 

i just checked your ebook site in your sig. it says youa re penalized still.. i then searched online free books in google and i did not see you.. i only saw you when i type the domain name. so maybe its correct ?

 

Anyway,i was added around 5-10 backlinks with targetted keyword and maybe one or two was sitewide,if that is over optimization then what are sites which buys packages with 100 hardlinks each are doing(and i dont buy hardlinks at all).

I suppose you overused the same anchor text pointed to a page. It's possible to become irrelevant / spammer for these keywords if you abuse it using in the anchor.
